Efficiency
A precision design, ultra restricted tolerance machining and great surface finishes, allow the Ever-Power to use at high efficiency values, 98% for one stage gearbox and 96% for a two levels gearbox. Efficiency values depend on torsional backlash, velocity, ratio, ambient temperature, etc. The average efficiency level varies according to the number of phases as proven in the technical data sheets for each gearbox model.
Lubrication

Gears, planet carrier and housing
